NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41-2016-CA-003798 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of the CSFB Mortgage Securities Corp., Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-AR28, is the Plaintiff and Jupiter House, LLC, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Robin Cobb, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Bill Cobb, Braden Woods Homeowners' Association, Inc., HSBC Mortgage Services, Inc., Ransom Rowe a/k/a Ransome Rowe, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 15th day of May, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 17, BLOCK 4, BRADEN WOODS SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
