NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018CA004307000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and TOMAS S. LAPIRA A/K/A TOMAS SARIMIENTO LAPIRA, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block F, of EATON PARK, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page(s) 43, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
