NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2019, entered in Case No. 112017CA0008200001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Andrew Lypen; Amy Lypen f/k/a Amy Erb; Mutual of Omaha Bank; SNTR LLC, as Trustee under the 123 Cyrus Land Trust dated April 6, 2017; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 123 Cyrus Land Trust dated April 6, 2017 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on May 2, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 789, MARCO BEACH UNIT TWENTY-FIVE REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 86-89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
