NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2019, entered in Case No. 112018CA0035510001XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and David J. Shingles a/k/a David Shingles; Sheila Ann Shingles a/k/a Sheila A. Shingles a/k/a Sheila Shingles are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on May 2, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 37, BLOCK 249, MARCO BEACH UNIT SIX, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 47 THROUGH 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
