NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2019 and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-002609-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-20, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-20, is Plaintiff and IRMA ZULUAGA; EDWARD M. ARISTIZABAL A/K/A ED M. ARISTIZABAL; IRMA C GONZALEZ; POINCIANA APARTMENTS, INC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IRMA ZULUAGA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IRMA C. GONZALEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD M. ARISTIZABAL A/K/A ED M. ARISTIZABAL; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A., are Defendants, the Office of Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 2 day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 2, BUILDING G, POINCIANA APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 492 PAGES 289 THROUGH 332, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
