SUAREZ; NESS HOLDINGS, LLC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTOR H. SUAREZ; GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SANTA BARBARA LANDINGS PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
