NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 003740 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-OP1, is Plaintiff and GRANT ARNOLD BAROS, SR. A/K/A GRANT A. BAROS; HUIBERTINA V. G. BAROS A/K/A HUIBERTINA BAROS; ONEWEST BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A ONEWEST BANK FSB; MAJESTIC BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court for SARASOTA County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 2ND day of MAY, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 701, MAJESTIC BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2004231468, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF ATTACHED TO THE AFORESAID DECLARATION, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBILC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH GARAGE #G04 AND STORAGE SPACE #S3.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
