Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 4TH day of March, 2019, and entered in case No. 2018-CA-5720-NC in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LIDO TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, INC., is the Plaintiff and, KATALINA GROH, TRUSTEE OF THE KATALINA GROH LIVING TRUST DATED MAY 19, 2010 et al, are the Defendants that the sale set for April 1, 2019 was canceled and I will now sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 3rd day of June, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 507, LIDO HARBOUR TOWERS, Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Record Book 849, Page 192, and as amended and as per Plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 4, Pages 10 and 10-A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided 1/42 interest in and to that certain parcel or parcels of land designated as Lot A, as exemplified, referred to and set forth in said Declaration.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
