NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 1, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 006710 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY is Plaintiff, and CC HOLDINGS 2000, LLC and JOHN T. EARLY III, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasot.realforeclosure.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 7th day of May, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
A tract of land lying and being in the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 23, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows: Begin at the point of intersection of the existing Westerly right-of-way line of U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail), said R/W being 184.00 feet wide with the South line of Havana Heights, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 65, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, said South line also being the North line of said South 1/2, Southeast 1/4, Section 23; thence South 29°49'58” East, 100.00 feet along said Westerly R/W; thence South 60°10'02” West, 200.00 feet; thence North 29°49'58” West, 219.02 feet to a point of said South line of Plat Book 2, Page 65; thence South 89°04'36” East 232.73 feet to the Point of Beginning.
