NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 9, 2017 in the above action, the Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Sarasota, Florida, on June 28, 2019, at 09:00 AM, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
Lot 564, Unit No. 5, Brentwood Estates, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 26, at Pages 49 and 49A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
