NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 28, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018 CA 001616 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and CHARING E BOSTIC; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A THOMAS WETHERINGTON; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A PHILIP WETHERINGTON; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on May 2, 2019 at 09:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 90 FEET OF LOT NO. 1 AND THE SOUTH 90 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT NO. 3, BLOCK “ H,” RIO VISTA SUBDIVISION , AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 , PAGE 187, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING IN SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
