YOU ARE HEREBY notified that an action to foreclose a Mortgage on the following described property located in SARASOTA County, Florida:
PARCEL 1: Subparcel 1: All that certain parcel of land located in U.S. Government Lot 2, on Casey's Key (Treasure Island) bounded and described as follows: From intersection of South line of Section 9, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, and the U.S. meander line of the Gulf of Mexico, run North 18° 00' West 500 feet from a point of beginning (POB); thence on same line 100 feet North 18° 00' West to a point; thence North 72° 00' East 606 feet more or less to the shores of Little Sarasota Bay; thence Southerly along the shore of Little Sarasota Bay to a Point, which bears North 72° 00' East from POB; thence South 72 00' West 620 feet, more or less to POB being a parcel of land 100 feet wide measured along U.S. meander line of the Gulf of' Mexico and extending at right angles thereto from the Gulf of Mexico across Casey's Key (Treasure Island) to Little Sarasota Bay, lying and being in U.S. Lot 2, Section 9, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, in Sarasota Couny Florida.

Subparcel 2: From the Government Meander corner on the South line of Section 9, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, at the high water mark of the Gulf of Mexico, thence run Northwesterly along said high water mark 600 feet to a point; thence North 72° 00' East, 606 feet, more or less to a point at the high water mark of Little Sarasota Bay for the POB. Thence East parallel to the said South line of Section 9, 441 feet more or less to the Westerly R/W line of the Intracoastal Waterway said Westerly R/W line being 750 feet from as measured at right angles to the centerline of said Intracoastal Waterway; thence Southeasterly along said Westerly R/W line 100 feet, more or less; thence West line parallel to the said South line of Section 9, 421 feet, more or less, to the high water mark of Little Sarasota Bay; thence Northwesterly along said high water mark 100 feet, more or less, to the POB, and lying and being in Sections 9 and 10, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida.

PARCEL 2: Subparcel 1: Beginning at a point located 300 feet in the Northerly direction from U.S. Government meander marker located at or near the high water mark of the Gulf of Mexico common to Sections 9 and 16, In Township 38 South, Range 18 East; thence in a Northerly direction 200 feet in a straight line along the high water meander of the Gulf of Mexico to a point at or near the high water mark (said being located 500 feet in a Northerly direction from U.S. Government Section line marker hereinbefore described) 1; thence in an Easterly direction at an angle of 90° 620 feet more or less to a point on the high water mark on Little Sarasota Bay; thence in a Southeasterly direction along the high water mark of Little Sarasota Bay to a marker; thence in a Westerly direction 590 feet more or less to the point of beginning at or near the high water mark of the Gulf of Mexico. It being the intention to describe a parcel of land 200 feet wide between the Northerly and Southerly boundary lines and extending from the high water mark of the Gulf of Mexico to the high water mark of Little Sarasota Bay, across Casey's Key (Treasure Island) being part of U.S. Lot 2, Section 9, Township 38 South, Range 18 East.

Subparcel 2: From the Government meander corner on the South line of Section 9, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, at the high water mark of the Gulf of Mexico; thence run Northwesterly along said high water mark 500 feet to a point; thence North 72° 00' East, 620 feet, more or less to a point at the high water mark of Little Sarasota Bay for the POB; thence East parallel to the said South line of Section 9, 421 feet, more or less to the Westerly R/W line of the Intracoastal Waterway; said Westerly R/W line being 750 feet from as measured at right angles to the centerline of said Intracoastal Waterway; thence Southeasterly along said Westerly R/W line 160 feet more or less; thence West along a line parallel to the said South line of Section 9, 301 feet, more or less to the high water mark of Little Sarasota Bay; thence Northwesterly along said high water mark 220 feet more or less to the POB. Lying and being in Section 9, and 10, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, Sarasota County, Florida.

PARCEL 3: Subparcel 1:
All that certain parcel of land located in U.S. Government Lot 2, on Casey's Key (Treasure Island) bounded and described as follows: FROM the intersection of the South line of Section 9, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, and the U.S. Meander line of the Gulf of Mexico running North 18° West 600 feet North 18°, West to a point; thence North 72° East, 593 feet more or less to the shores of Little Sarasota Bay; thence Southerly along the shore of Little Sarasota Bay to a point, which bears North 72° East, from point of beginning; thence South 72°, West 606 feet, more or less, to point of beginning. Being a parcel of land 100 feet wide measured along U.S.Meander line of the Gulf of Mexico and extending at right angles thereto from the Gulf of Mexico across Casey's Key (Treasure Island) to Little Sarasota Bay, lying and being in U.S. Lot 2, Section 9, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, together with any and all riparian rights thereunto appertaining and belonging. It being the intent of the grantors herein to convey the Northerly one-half of that certain parcel of land heretofore deeded by deed recorded in Deed Book 197, Page 483, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and the attached plat thereto which is made a part of said deed. Together with that certain right, license and priviege as contained in that certain deed dated April 14, 1950, and recorded in Deed Book 60, page 398, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Belle, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2364 Fruitville Road, Sarasota, Florida 34237, within 30 days from the first date of publication, and to file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Plaintiff's Complaint.
