NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2019, and entered in Case No. 36-2018-CA-002500 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company , is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Emma L. McMahon, deceased, Robert Allen Mcmahon, a possible Heir to the Estate of the Estate of Emma L. McMahon a/k/a Emma McMahon a/k/a Emma Louise McMahon , United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 20 day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST; THENCE RUN WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION 20, A DISTANCE OF 1,980 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH PARALLEL TO THE EASTERN BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION 20, A DISTANCE OF 675 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREIN CONVEYED; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH PARALLEL TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION 150 FEET; THENCE WEST PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 165 FEET; THENCE SOUTH PARALLEL TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID SECTION 150 FEET; THENCE EAST PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 165 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE ROADWAY EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE WEST 30 FEET THEREOF AND SUBJECT TO A 10 FEET UTILITY EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE EAST 10 FEET THEREOF.
