TO: WALTER HAROLD MCCLAY a/k/a HAROLD MCCLAY, 250 East Joel Blvd., Lehigh Acres, FL 33936; PATRICIA SMITH, 416 Spring Hill Dr., Smyrna, TN 37167, if alive, or if dead, their unknown spouses, widows, widowers, heirs, devisees, creditors, grantees, and all parties having or claiming by, through, under, or against them, and any and all persons claiming any right, title, interest, claim, lien, estate or demand against the Defendants in regards to the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
LOT 10, BLOCK 49, UNIT 6, SECTION 35, LEHIGH ACRES, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Notice is hereby given to each of you that an action to quiet title to the above described property has been filed against you and you are required to serve written defenses on Plaintiff's attorney, Corris L. McIntosh, Jr., Esq., 1121 Homestead Rd. N., Ste. No. 299, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936, and file the original with the Clerk of Circuit Court, Lee County, P.O. Box 310, Ft. Myers, FL 33902 on or before May 20, 2019 or otherwise a default judgment will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.
THIS NOTICE will be published four times, once each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation published in Lee County, Florida.
