NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2019, and entered in Case No. 36-2018-CA-002542 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Successor Indenture Trustee, to Citibank, N.A., as Indenture Trustee of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns Arm Trust 2007-2, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and Francie Samples; Jack Samples; Pelican Landing Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 1 day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
