NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-CA-002313 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2006-5 NovaStar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-5 is the Plaintiff and Laurie McAtee a/k/a Laurie A. McAtee; Unknown Spouse of Laurie McAtee a/k/a Laurie A. McAtee; First Bank are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee. realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 1st day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK 4908, UNIT 74, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 111-131, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
