NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of March 2019, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 18-CA-001156, I, LINDA DOGGETT, Circuit Court Clerk, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 A.M. on May 15 , 2019 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 15 & 16, BLOCK 2821, UNIT 40, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 81 THROUGH 97, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
