NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 18-CA-004080 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is Plaintiff and DAVID E. FAGO , et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, PAT FRANK, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on May 8, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 708 and 709, of RUSKIN COLONY FARMS, SECOND EXTENSION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 37, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Less the West 5 feet of Tract 708 for road-right-of-way.
