NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on March 5, 2019 in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-014590, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and THERESA SABEL; HERMAN SABEL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 THROUGH #4; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TO BY MERGER TO WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB; CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE PHASE II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on April 30, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, IN BLOCK 2 OF VILLAGE VI OF CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE PHASE II, UNIT I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 48 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
