NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2019 entered in Case No.: 18-CA-9869 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and GRAND STAND INVESTMENTS, INC., THE TERRACE BANK OF FLORIDA, AUTO CREDIT OF TAMPA, LLC are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on May 9, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The East 1/2 of Lot. 79, REVISED MAP OF THE FLORIDA GARDENLANDS, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 42 and 43, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the SE corner of Lot 79 of REVISED MAP OF THE FLORIDA GARDENLANDS, as per plat recorded in Plat Book, 6, Pages 42, and 43, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, run West (assumed) 165.00 feet, thence North 0°04' East 739.22 feet more or less to the Waters of Bullfrog Creek, thence Southeasterly along said waters edge to a point lying 0° 04' East.of Point of Beginning, thence South 0°04' West 631.22 feet more or less to the Point. of Beginning.
