NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Plaintiff County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Plaintiff County, Florida described as:
Condominium Unit 19, Building H, MORNINGSIDE EAST III, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 4919, Pages 1671-1712, also according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 16-20, inclusive, all as amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2501 Harn Boulevard, #H-19, Clearwater, Florida, 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 2, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
