WATER N/K/A MICHAEL J. LALONDE whose last known address is: 22010 Worchester Drive, Novi, Michigan 48374, and whose current residence is: unknown; and AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; and ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff, GREEN DOLPHIN PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., has filed an action against you in the County Court for Pinellas County to foreclose a claim of lien for assessments related to certain real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, and described as follows:
Unit No. 102, Building No. 100, Green Dolphin Park Condominium, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4928, Page 900, et seq., and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 42 and 43, all of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1250 South Pinellas Avenue, Apt. 102, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689
This action is titled Green Dolphin Park Condominium Association, Inc. v. The Estate of Frances A. Waters, et al., Case Number 2019-000789-CO. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Sarah E. Pritchard, Esq., of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 East Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 2800, Tampa, Florida 33602, on or before thirty (30) days after the date of first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
