NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2019 and entered in Case No.: 18-4404-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL A. CROZIER, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE MARSHALL A. CROZIER, JR. REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, U/A DTD. 02/05/2002, UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MARSHALL A. CROZIER, JR. REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, U/A DTD. 02/05/2002, DITECH FINANCIAL LLC, BRUCE L. SIMMONS are the Defendants. Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on May 9, 2019 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 13, Block 3, D. E. Barnard's Subdivision, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 3, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
