NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2017-CA-002955 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank N.A. as Successor by Merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Carole Ann Gourvellec a/k/a Carole A. Gourvellec a/k/a Carola A. Gourvellec a/k/a Carole Ann Hunter are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 28, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 13, SUBDIVISION OAKHURST ACRES 3RD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PLAT PAGE 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
