You are notified that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, BAY ARISTOCRAT VILLAGE, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, seeking to terminate the occupancy and possessory rights of the defendants and to foreclose its lien against the following real and personal property:
Unit/Lot No. 124 of BAY ARISTOCRAT VILLAGE, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to the Declaration of Master Form Proprietary Lease Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 7496, Pages 437 through 454, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with any and all amendments thereto (the “Master Agreement”).
TOGETHER WITH that certain Membership Certificate Number 124 issued by the Cooperative to Margaret I. Hardy evidencing her percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom (the “Certificate”).
The street address of the Property is Lot 124, 18675 U.S. Highway 19 N., Lot 124, Clearwater, FL 33764, and the Parcel Identification Number of the Property is 20-29-16-03290-000-1240.
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1964 Single-wide MARK Mobile Home, Vehicle Identification Number 3731 and Title Number 0007582751.
You are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to Andrew J. McBride, Esq., [email protected], Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, Suite 1700, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
