Cartwright, deceased, File 19-002750-ES, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is the address of which is: Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Probate Division, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756, that the decedent's date of death was December 17, 2014, that the total value of the estate is $6,0000.00 (including Florida Homestead Exempt property) and that the name and address of those to whom it has been assigned by such order is:
