NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 22, 2019, and entered in Case No. 13-011183-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, is Plaintiff, and LINDA L. SWANSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 21, Block “I”, Tierra Verde Unit One, Fourth Replat, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 60, Pages 25 through 27, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
