NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 18-004938-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITOR, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOHN J. BURDA, DECEASED, et al.are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Courts, Kent Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of May, 2019, the following described property:
THE WEST 44.81 FEET OF LOT 18 AND THE EAST 23,19 FEET OF LOT 19, BLOCK “A”, CENTRAL PASADENA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
