NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2019, and entered in Case No. 52-2018-CA-006769 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Kimberley Jones, City of Clearwater, Florida, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Secured Funding Corp., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 15th day of May, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 20, DEL ORO ESTATES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 29 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
