NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit 210-A, of Building A, of THE ORCHARDS OF RADCLIFFE, A CONDOMINIUM - PHASE I, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1164, Page 549, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Page 105, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 7623 Radcliffe Circle, #A210, Port Richey, Florida, 34668
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on May 2, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
