NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 07, 2019, and entered in 2017CA002173CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3 is the Plaintiff and THOMAS R. KRUTULIS, II A/K/A THOMAS RICHARD KRUTULIS, II; GINA M. KRUTULIS A/K/A GINA MARIE KRUTULIS A/K/A GINA KRUTULIS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; THE LAKES OF NORTHWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on May 13, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
