AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and CAROLYN M. COVELL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE OAKS AT RIVER RIDGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE RIVER RIDGE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC are the Defendant(s).
