NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of April, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-002816-CAAX-WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ANGELA QUINONES; CLERK OF COURT OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; EMBASSY HILLS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA; TIDEWATER FINANCE COMPANY, TRADING AS TIDEWATER CREDIT SERVICES, AND TIDEWATER MOTOR CREDIT, AS ASSIGNEE OF ROOMS TO GO; JASMINE ALLEGRA QUINONES; LUIS M. NIEUWKERK, JR.; ANTHONY QUINONES; JUSTIN QUINONES; ZACHARY QUINONES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ISMAEL QUINONES A/K/A ISMAEL CARMELO QUINONES; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of May, 2019, at 11:00 AM on PASCO County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1199, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE(S) 145 THROUGH 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
