NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 16, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017CA002463CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and AILEEN N. EBOJO A/K/A AILEEN EBOJO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21 day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 8, of TRINITY PRESERVE PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 67, Page 101, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
