RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed April 08, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-004113-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF GEORGIA REDDY KING A/K/A GEORGINA R. KING A/K/A GEORGIA ANN KING A/K/A GEORGINA REDDY KING, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 15, Block F, ORLO VISTA TERRACE ANNEX, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book N, Page 96, in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
