NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 4, 2019, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-008333-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for Indymac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-AR1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AR1 is the Plaintiff and Nathaniel Young a/k/a Nathaniel Young, Jr.; RHTR LLC, as Trustee for the 2950 Summer Swan Land Trust dated January 13, 2015; Unknown Beneficiaries of 2950 Summer Swan Land Trust dated January 13, 2015; Citibank (South Dakota), N.A.; Estates at Summer Lakes Cypress Springs II Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Cypress Springs II Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 6th day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 80, ESTATES AT SUMMER LAKES, CYPRESS SPRINGS II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 115-119 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
