NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Re-Open Case to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 12, 2019 entered in Civil Case No.: 2017-CA-006160-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, Foreclosure Sale will be held online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com pursuant to Judgment or Order of the Court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 12th day of June , 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT C, BUILDING 10, THE LEMON TREE- SECTION I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OR BOOK 2685, PAGE 1427, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGES 141-148, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
