APARTMENT NUMBER 331, BUILDING B, OF SEA OATS OF BOCA GRANDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN O. R. BOOK 611, AT PAGES 1127 THROUGH 1169; AMENDED IN O. R. BOOK 613 AT PAGE 1642; AMENDED IN O. R. BOOK 626, PAGE 1140; AMENDED IN O. R. BOOK 647 AT PAGE 1506; IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2 AT PAGES 14 A-D, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2 AT PAGES 19 A-C, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon SHAPIRO, FISHMAN & GACHÉ, LLP, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 2424 North Federal Highway, Suite 360, Boca Raton, FL 33431, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
