NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 17000544CA of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V-B, is Substituted Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST IDA C. ROMERO, DECEASED; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, ROGER D. EATON, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on May 30, 2019 at 11:00 am at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 3263, A Replat of Portions of Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 51, according to the Plat thereof. Recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 29A through 29C, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
