NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 11, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2018CA005944AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein PRETIUM MORTGAGE CREDIT PARTNES I LOAN ACQUISITION, LP is Plaintiff and KOCH, KARLA, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 16, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in MANATEE County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK C, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION 9A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 83 AND 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
PROPERTY ADDRESS: 1020 NW 9TH PLACE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33993.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
