NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 2, 2019 in Civil Case No. 11-2018-CA-001490-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, MIDFIRST BANK is the Plaintiff, and DAVID TORRES GARCIA; BONNIE TORRES are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on May 9, 2019 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 105 FEET OF TRACT 46, GOLDEN GATE ESTATE, UNIT 68, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 90, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
