NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2007, and the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 12, 2019, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court Crystal K. Kinzel, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 9th day of May, 2019, at 11 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the following described property:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 95, GOLDEN GATES ESTATES, UNIT 81, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
