NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 1, 2019 in Civil Case No. 51-2018-CA-003341-WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff, and JOHN BACKUS A/K/A JOHN PHILLIP BACKUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN BACKUS AKA JOHN PHILLIP BACKUS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR LENDERS DIRECT CAPITAL CORPORATION; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on May 7, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 87, 88, 89 AND 90, BLOCK 20, MOON LAKE ESTATES, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 75 AND 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
