NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 9, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-002601-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein CSMC MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and YANA EGIDES, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAULA S. O`NEIL, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of May, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 22, Oak Creek Phase One, as per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 53, Pages 40 through 52, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
