NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 512018CA000006CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and VASSIL A. PETROV and BARBARA PEZZERA, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, PAULA O'NEIL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 16, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 1113, ALOHA GARDENS, UNIT TEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE(S) 80, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
