NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure in the above-captioned matter, the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as: Florida Alcoholic Beverage License No. 61-01387, a Series 4COP quota alcoholic beverage license issued by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco for use in Pasco County, will be sold at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 11:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on May 21, 2019. The Notice of Sale was published in the Legal Section of the Business Observer on April 19 and 26, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
