Parcel 1: Commence at the Northeast corner of Section 23, Township 43 South, Range 24 East; thence run South 88 degrees 00' West along the Northerly line thereof, 264.42 feet to the East line of Bogart Drive Northeast (50 foot right-of-way); thence South 1 degree 51'31” East along said East line 821.32 feet to the intersection with the South line of Tucker Lane Northeast (100.0 foot right-of-way) and the Point of Beginning; thence run North 88 degrees 08'29” East along the South line of said Tucker Lane, 152.50 feet; thence run South 1 degree 51'31” East 280.00 feet; thence run South 88 degrees 08'29” West 152.50 feet to the East line of the previously mentioned Bogart Drive; thence run North 1 degree 51'31” West along said East line 280.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
