NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2019, entered in Case No. 18-CA-002205 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for RBSGC Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-A, Mortgage Loan Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-A is the Plaintiff and Robert S. Cohen; Heidi C. Cohen; U.S. Bank National Association, as successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A. as successor Trustee to LaSalle Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the Holders of the GreenPoint Mortage Funding Trust 2005-HE3, Asset Backed Notes, Series 2005-HE3 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the MAY 10, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK C, TICE HEIGHTS, A/K/A TICE HEIGHTS WALTER THOMAS 2ND ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
