NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment Filed 4-10-19, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-004751 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Structured Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-9, Plaintiff and Nikole Marie Risch a/k/a Nikole M. Risch are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on MAY 13, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 AND 8, IN BLOCK 4679, OF UNIT 70, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, AT PAGES 58 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE SALE.
