NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2019, and entered in Case No. 36-2018-CA-003312 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by ,through, under, or against, Scott Barrett, deceased, Callie Megan Barrett f/k/a Callie Megan Eatman, Dakota Regis Barrett, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 15 day of May, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
A LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER, SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH LOT OR PARCEL IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID FRACTION OF A SECTION RUN EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE THEREOF FOR 542.08 FEET TO THE EAST SIDE OF A COUNTY ROAD 50 FEET WIDE KNOWN AS BARRETT ROAD; THENCE DEFLECT LEFT 106 DEGREES 16 MINUTES AND RUN NORTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID ROAD FOR 177.09 FEET; THENCE RUN EASTERLY PARALLEL WITH AND 170 FEET NORTH OF SAID SOUTH LINE OF SAID FRACTION OF A SECTION FOR 262.31 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LANDS HEREBY CONVEYED. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE EAST ON THE SAME COURSE FOR 240 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTHERLY PERPENDICULAR TO SAID SOUTH LINE FOR 145 FEET; THENCE RUN WESTERLY PARALLEL WITH AND 315 FEET NORTH OF SAID SOUTH LINE FOR 240 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTHERLY PERPENDICULAR TO SAID SOUTH LINE FOR 145 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
